style appear in two types, round head domed/slightly domed
raised and flat head. Dome height is controlled by amount of
rivet material placed in hole. A flat head rivet is
applied the same but 80% of rivet material is wiped away leaving flat head rivet
as tall as thickness of rivet strip.
